Abstract
Peliosis hepatis is an uncommon benign disorder characterized by blood-fill ed cavities within the liver. We describe the sonographic, computed tomogra phic, and magnetic resonance appearance of a patient affected by peliosis h epatis with pseudotumoral and hemorrhagic evolution and direct demonstratio n of the ectatic vascular components.
