Abstract
Deroparia reticulata (Munro), Euryphalara barnardi (Bezzi), E. extensa Munr o, comb. n., E. sp. nr. extensa, E, mecistocephala (Munro) and Xenodorella mira Munro are considered to belong to a closely allied group of genera, th e Euryphalara group, placed in the tribe Platensinini. The species occur ma inly in Namibia and appear to be associated with Monechma (Acanthaceae).
