Abstract
Stable bimetallic 'capped' metallocenes are formed by the reaction of Cp*M- 2 (M = Fe, Ru, Os) with the manganese tricarbonyl transfer reagent [(eta (6 )-naphthalene)Mn(CO)(3)](+).
