Abstract
In this paper, we have studied the asymmetric Baeyer-Villiger reaction of 2 -phenylcyclohexanone catalyzed by Cu( II ) complexes which derived from a s eries of chiral Salen and oxazoline ligands, as well as designed and synthe sized the new chiral ligands III, IV, V, And the configuration of complex V -Cu( II ) was determined by X-ray analysis. We also investigated the influ ence of co-oxidant, solvent, etc. on the reactivity and selectivity.
