Abstract
Single-component Langmuir-Blodgett films of a dithiolate complex [Au(tmdt)( 2)] (tmdt(2-) = bis (methylthio)tetrathiafulvalenedithiolate) were prepared . The as-grown films were insulating, which became semiconducting with the activation energy of 0.05 eV after electrochemical doping.
