Abstract
High-throughput high-performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry ca n be used in the analysis of high-throughput organic synthesis products, bi oanalytical target analysis for preclinical and clinical studies, and early absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) screening. New t echniques are emerging, including system automation, faster analysis, progr ammed multiple extraction and analysis columns, multiple electrospray ioniz ation channels, and automated 96-well sample preparation.
