Abstract
2-Heteroacyl-5,8-dihydro-1,4-dihydroxynaphthalene derivatives have been pre pared by [1,5]-sigmatropic rearrangement of the adduct tetrahydro-1,4-napht hoquinones. The structures of the synthesised products have been establishe d by spectral data as well as by semiempirical molecular orbital calculatio ns.
