Abstract
This letter introduces a novel class of linear precoders which explicitly a dd algebraic redundancy in the frequency domain, A procedure for designing robust precoders of the above form for transmission through unknown channel s is derived. Such precoders guard against the adverse effects of narrowban d interference and frequency selective fading channels. Their block nature makes them suitable for quasistationary channels too.
