Abstract
Two-body nonleptonic decays of B-s(0) mesons involving heavy to heavy trans itions are discussed in detail. All these decay widths are estimated by the use of spectator model dominance. The form factors for various transitions are calculated in BSW model improved to O(1/m(Q)) by comparison with the h eavy quark effective theory.
