Abstract
The results are given of the experimental investigation of the dependence o f the polarization characteristics of intrinsic microwave radiation of the sea surface on the fluctuations of the velocity of wind at the surface and on the resultant changes in the state of the sea surface in the coastal zon e. The correlation is demonstrated between the Stokes parameters of intrins ic radio radiation and the singularities of wave formation and characterist ics of wind at the water surface.
