Primary T-cell lymphoma is a rare form of CNS neoplasia. Diagnosis may be aided by use of cytologic examination of CSF. Primary CNS T-cell lymphoma should be considered in a patient with multiple cranial nerve abnormalities, even ii results of imaging studies are consid ered normal.
