Abstract
Electron paramagnetic resonance was measured in In1-xMnxAs epilayers with 0 .0014 less than or equal tox less than or equal to0.014, with the intention of identifying the state of the Mn ion when it enters the InAs lattice. Th e data were taken at low temperatures. The observed spectra were attributed to ionized Mn acceptor A(-) (d(5)). No neutral Mn acceptor centers (d(5) h) were detected.
