A 48-year-old man was admitted because of bloody sputum in whom a chest com
puted tomography (CT) scan and fiberoptic bronchoscopy demonstrated a polyp
oid tumor in the left main bronchus. The tumor was surgically resected, and
the pathological and immunohistochemical findings led to diagnosis of the
tumor as a bronchial glomus tumor. Copyright(C)2001 S. Karger AG,Basel.
