Abstract
Teicoplanin is a glycopeptide antibiotic that has been used extensively in adults but less so in children for the treatment of hone and joint infectio ns. It has a good safety profile with low incidences of blood dyscrasias. W e report a case of teicoplanin-induced neutropenia in a child.
