Abstract
Resin-supported chiral aminoalcohols bound to polymeric network via a sulfo namide link are prepared very efficiently from polymeric N-tosylamides of a minoacid esters. Preliminary results show that those compounds can be used as useful chiral auxiliaries. The presence of the sulfonyl group plays an i mportant role in determining the properties of the resulting supported reag ents. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
