Abstract
We developed a technique that simplifies the process of confirming homozygo us transgenics at preimplantation stages, which are the earliest stages use d in test breeding, using enhanced green fluorescent protein as a tag. All the blastocysts obtained by mating with the combination of Tg/Tg male (homo zygous for transgene) x + / + female exhibited fluorescence. (C) 2001 Elsev ier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
