These requirements can be accomplished by integrating the extractive sam ple cleanup process (Solid-Phase Extraction; SPE) into the HPLC-system For this purpose, tailor-made adsorbents (Restricted Access Materials, RAM; Mol ecular Imprinted Polymers, MIP) are used as precolumn packings.
