En. Voronkov et al., DETERMINATION OF THE PARAMETERS OF PHOTOINDUCED CENTERS IN GLASSY GES2.2 FROM THE NOISE SPECTRUM OF THE OPTICAL ELECTROABSORPTION SIGNAL, JETP letters, 65(11), 1997, pp. 883-888
It is found that the onset of photoinduced centers in glassy GeS2.2 le
ads to chaotic changes in the signal in the long-wavelength region of
the electroabsorption spectrum. It is shown that the application of no
ise spectroscopy methods to the analysis of the photoinduced signal ma
kes it possible to determine the energy position of four levels of pho
toinduced centers, lying near the center of the band gap. The model of
electron-hole pairs localized on defects is used to explain the posit
ion of the levels. (C) 1997 American Institute of Physics.
