Abstract
This paper introduces a practical case of knowledge management in the Softw are and Services Group of Fujitsu, focusing on real-time management. System s engineers (SEs) in the organization can perform their work with the most relevant, up-to-the-minute knowledge whenever it is needed and wherever the y are. This paper also discusses the organizational issues and the knowledg e structure for successful knowledge management.
