Abstract
We report a pathologically proven case of retractile mesenteritis in a 12-year-old girl, Computed tomography (CT) demonstrated a large mass of fat density completely circumscribing the colon, Although the defin itive diagnosis of retractile mesenteritis depends on histopathologica l findings, recognition of CT features is helpful in the diagnosis.
