The radiative massive-neutrino decay v(i) --> v(j) gamma(i not equal j
) is investigated in the model that is based on the minimal quark-lept
on symmetry SU(4)(V) x SU(2)(L) x G(R) and which takes into account mi
xing in quark-lepton currents in an external crossed field. A strong e
nhancement of the decay rate due to an external field is found. The le
ptoquark contribution to the decay rate is compared with that from a W
boson within the Standard Model. It is shown that the leptoquark cont
ribution may be dominant when mixing in the leptonic sector is strongl
y suppressed.
