The evolution of the electron wave packet at atomic ionization with a very
intense laser pulse has been studied numerically beyond the dipole approxim
ation in Frame of a two-dimensional quantum model. The upper boundary of "s
tabilization window" has been found that is because of the Lorentz force ef
fect due to the magnetic component of the light field. The similar "window"
for efficient high-order harmonic generation has been also found.
