Abstract
The: analytical solutions of the Schrodinger equation for a square wel l system subjected to an externally applied electric field in the grow th direction and an externally applied tilted magnetic field are obtai ned and the results are discussed. The dependence of the energy spectr um of the system on the external electric fields as a function of the orbit centre is also discussed.
