Abstract
L shell X-ray fluorescence cross-sections of gold and lead have been measur ed at 21.6, 23.7 and 25.8 keV photon energies. Cross-sections thus obtained were then compared with theoretical predictions using two different sets o f atomic parameters. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
