Abstract
Semiclassical ab initio values of oxygen-broadened and air-broadened NO inf rared linewidths are reported in the range of atmospheric temperatures 163- 299 K. The calculation is based on the authors' recently developed extended exact trajectory approach implemented within the Robert-Bonamy formalism f or collisional line broadening. The results obtained are found to be in exc ellent agreement with recent straightforward measurements.
