The technique of magnetic field modulation of reaction yield (MARY) sp
ectroscopy was employed to obtain the ESR spectrum of squalane holes t
hat are formed under the action of ionizing radiation at room temperat
ure. The spectrum is shown to consist of a single line which is homoge
neously narrowed due to resonance charge transfer over the solvent mol
ecules with the rate constant exceeding the diffusion-controlled one.
