Abstract
A direct method has been developed for the spectrophotometric determination of microamounts of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Pd(II), Ru(III) and Mo(VI) usin g sodium isoamylxanthate as a reagent in the presence of surfactant as solu bilising agent. The method has been applied to the determination of these m etal ions in Various alloys and in environmental samples (fly ash).
