Abstract
Pre- and post-treatment platelet and soluble P-selectin were measured in a group of patients enrolled in the GUSTO-III study and were correlated with clinical outcomes. A peak in soluble P-selectin levels at 3 hours after thr ombolytic therapy and lower baseline platelet P-selectin were associated wi th successful thrombolysis.
