Abstract
High moment FeRhN nanocrystalline films were Laminated by Co90Zr9Cr (CZC) a morphous films, in order to improve the anisotropy definition and high freq uency permeability, The experimental results also showed improved soft magn etic properties, higher resistivity, and better magnetic properties on slop ed surfaces.
