Abstract
A numerical analysis is conducted on steady magnetic fluid flow in a circul ar straight pipe under a nonuniform steady transverse magnetic field taking into account the nonuniform distribution of mass concentration of particle s (DMC) in the pipe, The effect of DMC on the pressure becomes larger at th e upper stream area of the nonuniform magnetic held, The effect of DMC on t he flow velocity appears clearly in the magnetic field region as the larger index of the number of aggregated particles, appearing as a prorate sphero id.
