Semiglobal results for partial derivative(b) on weakly convex hypersurfaces in C-n

Let M be a smoothly bounded weakly convex hypersurface in C-n (n greater th an or equal to 4), 0 is an element of M. Let q is an element of N. 1 less t han or equal to q < n - 2. We derive a homotopy formula for <(partial deriv ative )over bar>(b) without shrinking on certain submanifolds of M (no fini te type condition is assumed for M).
