Abstract
This is the text of my talk at the Strings 2000 Conference at the Universit y of Michigan. It consists of three interlocking conjectures about the natu re of SUSY breaking and the Cosmological Constant, as well as evidence from a toy model that demonstrates the validity of the claim that systems with a UV/IR connection can exhibit much larger SUSY breaking than local field t heory.
