Abstract
Let Q be the class of functions of the form f(z) = -1/z + c(0) + c(1)z + ..
. which are meromorphic in the unit disk \z\ <1 and satisfy there the condi
tion f(z) <not equal> 0 and J {z}. J{f(z)} > 0 for nonreal z. We determine
the radius of starlikeness of order alpha, -infinity < <alpha> < 1, and the
maximal domain of univalence of the class Q. (C) 2001 Academic Press.
