Abstract
Series of pyrimidine and pyridine analogous compounds have been developed i n order to interpret the relationship between stability of antiferroelectri city and the conjugation along the long axis of the molecule. On the appear ance of antiferroelectricity, the longitudinal polarization of whole molecu les promotes to stabilize the antiferroelectricity.
