Abstract
The CMS detector have several features that will allow an extensive B physi cs programme at LHC low luminosity periods, specially in the fields of CP v iolation, B-S(0) - ($) over bar (0)(S) oscillations and rare mu (+)mu (-) d ecays. This programme will be extended in the high luminosity period in the search of rare mu (+)mu (-) decays.
