Abstract
[GRAPHICS] Many important asymmetric reactions are catalyzed by (BINOLate)Ti species w ith unknown structures. Reported here are three structures of BINOLate tita nium complexes that show an interesting aggregation of (BINOLate)Ti(OiPR)(2 ) with itself and with titanium tetraisopropoxide. These complexes are pote ntial intermediates in the asymmetric addition of alkyl groups to aldehydes .
