Abstract
Radiofrequency catheter ablation was performed in four adults with myocardi al dysfunction related to repetitive monomorphic ventricular tachycardia (R MVT) originating in the right ventricular outflow tract. Serial echocardiog raphic assessment of left ventricular function before and after radiofreque ncy catheter ablation of RMVT showed complete reversal of left ventricular dysfunction without arrhythmia recurrence during 31 +/- 28 months follow-up .
