Abstract
It is shown that asymmetry of a modulating potential causes appearance of p hotogalvanic effect in lateral superlattices. The dependence of photovoltag e on magnetic field exhibits Weiss-type oscillations. (C) 2001 Elsevier Sci ence B.V. All rights reserved.
