Abstract
The system of anions in the zero effective field is considered with respect to the possibility of BCS pairing. The p-wave BCS state is found in the ca se of ultra-long-range interactions r(q) similar to 1/q(x), 1 < x <less tha n or equal to> 2, for the statistics parameter 0 less than or equal to epsi lon less than or equal to 2 (epsilon = 2 corresponds to composite fermions - the half-filled Landau level of electrons).
