Abstract
The theoretical and methodological principles of organization of teacher's psychological training are analyzed. The traditional practice is analyzed. The necessity of psychological anthropology elaboration is considered as es sential basis of psychological education of a modem teacher. The theoretica l project and the ways of organization of such education are suggested.
