Abstract
A new active three-component catalytic system for enyne metathesis is repor ted. It is easily generated in situ by combination of [RuCl2(p-cymene)](2), 1,3-bis(mesityl)imidazolium chloride and Cs2CO3 and exhibits excellent per formance for the intramolecular metathesis reaction even from highly substi tuted enynes.
