Abstract
Electric current rectification, though not perfect, was attained by using a junction (pn or nn(+)) between cement pastes with different extents n- or p-type character. The n-type character was enhanced by using steel fibers a s an admixture. The p-type character was enhanced by using carbon fibers as an admixture. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
