Abstract
The development of gastric carcinoid tumors is a rare but recognized compli cation of prolonged, severe hypergastrinemia. We present 2 patients with el evated gastrin levels who developed gastric carcinoid tumors. The pathogene sis of gastric carcinoid tumors and the CT findings are reviewed.
