Abstract
A 74-year-old patient with recurrent Pager's disease of the vulva in the gl uteus maximus island myocutaneous flap I I years after a hemivulvectomy wit h reconstruction is presented. This report is only the second case of recur rent noninvasive Pager's disease in a reconstructive flap. The English lite rature on this subject is reviewed with special attention to the biological behavior of these tumors.
