Abstract
We describe here an immunocompetent boy with fever, regional adenopathy, mu ltifocal hepatosplenic granulomas, and high and increasing serum antibody t iters for Bartonella henselae in whom diffuse bilateral reticulonodular pul monary infiltrates developed in the absence of respiratory symptoms.
