Electrosynthesis of In doped ZnSe polycrystalline films by electrochemical
ca-deposition has been carried out to investigate the effect of In inclusio
n on photoelectrochemical characteristics of ZnSe. Photoactivity, capacitan
ce and photoaction spectral studies have been used for characterization of
the electrodeposits. A significant improvement in the quality of photoelect
rodes was observed in In content of the preparation.
