Abstract
It has been known that most cases of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHS S) are associated with the use of exogenous gonadotropins to induce multipl e ovulation. However, OHSS is frequently associated with a spontaneous ovul atory cycle, usually in the case of multiple gestations, hypothyroidism, or polycystic ovarian syndrome. We report a ease of severe OHSS in a spontane ously pregnant woman with no underlying disease.
