Abstract
This paper describes an optimization of a new method for the determina tion of the degree of ethoxylation in polyethylene glycols. Convention al heating was replaced by microwave irradiation. The influence of two parameters, reaction time anti generator power, were studied. The goo d agreement with theoretical values validates this method.
