Abstract
Simple, fast, and reliable procedures are presented for the determination o
f dexamethasone sodium phosphate, neomycin sulfate, ketoconazole, and coenz
yme Q(10) in different pharmaceutical formulations (capsules, solutions, em
ulsions, and creams). Different HPTLC layers, mobile phases, and methods of
detection were used. The methods were validated and compared. The advantag
es of HPTLC methods are discussed.
