V. Ghoulipour et Sw. Husain, New adsorbents in planar chromatography: II. Behavior of metal ions on titanium(IV) silicate ion-exchanger, J PL CHROM, 13(5), 2000, pp. 354-358
Thin layers of titanic silicate have been used to study the chromatographic
behavior of 30 metal ions chromatographed with aqueous and mixed mobile ph
ases, Rapid separations of Al3+, VS+, Hg2+, Cd2+ and other ions from numero
us other metal ions, and many ternary and binary separations, have been dev
eloped. The effect on R-F of pH in the presence of complexing anion and the
temperature at which the ion-exchange plates were dried after coating have
been studied and are discussed.
